“What is in the face that we cannot see, what secrets lie beneath, is it in grace, our angel waiting?” (An Internet poet known only as “Hope”)
In the ABOUT FACE series I am trying to answer a question about the visual relation of the face and its surrounding, and what effect it has, if any, on the change in our perception of the person behind it when the face (a mask portrait in this case) is placed into an unexpected environment.
Available as archival prints on acid-free fine-art rag-textured paper in two standard sizes: 11"x14" image (16"x20" matted, framed or not framed), and 16"x20" image (framed without a mat).
The ABOUT FACE series consists of digital high-resolution archival
realistic photographs of human face or masks placed in unusual
surroundings
